Every time we drive over one of the uneven surfaces, we lose a lot of time because our car simply does not drive well on such a surface. And at the moment these conditions greatly prevent us from going faster.


And there is no clear direction to work or solution for a given weekend to solve a problem like this.


At Imola everything was completely different. There were several different problems that could have been solved by making adjustments to the car`s settings. Current problems cannot be solved by changing settings - simply because of the way our machine is designed and built. These things simply cannot be changed in a day. So we`re stuck with what we have. We will try, but don`t expect miracles from us.


Ferrari is very far ahead. I don`t even think about fighting them. I just want to try to solve some of our problems to make the car more enjoyable to drive. And then we will see what we are capable of.


Today I enjoyed aerobatics. But it`s very difficult when the car just doesn`t do what you want it to do. On any bump you can jump one more time - and that`s it, you`re in the wall. Perhaps, in this sense, today has become a good lesson for us. We know our car gets a lot of bounce on our site and we`ll be ready. I knew before the weekend started that it would be difficult for us. And I`m also not surprised at how fast Ferrari is, " Verstappen said.
